| Championship Divisions: | $275 per individual. Late registration $325 |
| Flight Divisions: | $175 per individual. Late registration $225 |
| Youth Divisions: | $75 per individual. Late registration $125 |
A $50 Late Fees applies on Friday, February 1, 2013.
